Resume reflection

What I did was gather all my information such as my name, my contact information, my education history, my certifications, and my work history.

 I did all of this to make my resume exact and to give emplyers a better look at who I am and what I have done with my life so far.


  I learned that skills and eduation are very important in trying to find a job, and with a resume it shows the company exactly that.


My perceptions of resumes didnt not change at all from the first day we did our freewritting about resumes, I still think that most companies shouldn't require one.

Resumes

To be Honest I don't really like the idea of resumes, for people looking and filling out applications for their first job most places require a resume, whats the point of doing one if there isnt anything but your name, where you live, your phone number and your education. I have filled out a couple but I just think their pointless. They are important to companies to get to know someone before they hire them, to see specific training, if they have graduated, and special interests. They basically say that the writer knows all about themselves and has enough time to actually make one.
